Are sessions virtual or in-person?

Mostly, therapy sessions are

virtual (online)

There is also limited availability for Walk-and-Talk therapy sessions which are offered in-person.

What can I expect in my first session?

In your first session you can expect a welcoming, compassionate space where you can express your thoughts and feelings without judgement. We will support you in exploring your goals for therapy and about life experiences, and answers any questions or concerns you may have about the therapy process.

Do you take insurance?

Yes! Many health insurances

accepted including:

Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield- BCBS, Cigna, Humana, Oscar, Oxford, Optum, and

United Healthcare UHC

--Unfortunately, Medicare and Medicaid plans NOT accepted--

What if I don't have insurance?

Private pay (self-pay) is accepted for people who don't have insurance or are out-of-network. Cost is $150 per 1 hour session. Several forms of payment accepted, please contact office for more info

How long will I be in therapy?

Each client's care is personalized for their unique needs, so time in therapy can vary from person to person. Some clients receive therapy for a few months and others for longer times as needed. Your care is tailored to best fit your goals, comfort, and needs. 

What is a Good Faith Estimate?

A Good Faith Estimate is the upfront, truthful estimation of costs and fees associated with therapy services. Please refer to the link below for more information:
